Starting point

A solo practice needing clear positioning, accessible systems, and a coordinated launch.

Berryhill Family Law’s current website, bringing Jennifer’s legal services, divorce coaching, and client-focused positioning together.

01 · The situation

A capable professional.
An overwhelming starting point.

Jennifer was newly licensed as one of Colorado’s first Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals and already working as a Certified Divorce Coach®. She had the expertise to help clients, but her marketing did not give her a usable foundation.

She could not properly access or update her existing website. Its presentation did not reflect her values, her business social pages were not in place, and setting up Google Business Profile had become a source of frustration.

There was also a positioning challenge: potential clients and referral partners needed to understand what an LLP does and how Jennifer’s legal services and divorce coaching complemented each other. Her focus on later-in-life, or “gray,” divorce needed to come through clearly.

She needed a strategy, a working launch plan, and hands-on help that would move the business forward without adding to the overwhelm of running it alone.

02 · The work

From business understanding
to a working marketing program.

I led the strategy, design, setup, and implementation. Discovery came first, so every channel could reflect Jennifer’s voice, her services, and the people she wanted to reach.

03

Website & measurement

An owner-controlled website replaced the inaccessible site. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Search Console were set up and explained so Jennifer could understand performance.

04

Search & social presence

Google Business Profile, Bing, and Yelp listings supported discoverability. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram business profiles gave the practice a coordinated social presence.

05

Launch communications

A national press release introduced the Colorado practice, its LLP services, its focus on gray divorce, and Jennifer’s Certified Divorce Coach® offering.

06

Clear service distinctions

Messaging explained the LLP designation and scope of services, with attention to Colorado’s advertising requirements and the distinction between legal services and divorce coaching.

07

Tools, training & confidence

A two-hour Social Media Blueprint Session, content repository, editorial calendar, branded Canva assets, and analytics training helped Jennifer continue the work independently.

Why the sequence mattered

Get the message right.
Then put it to work.

We established positioning and service distinctions before launching content. That gave the website, profiles, press release, and social media a shared direction. Training was part of the engagement from the start, so Jennifer could carry the program forward with tools she understood.

03 · The outcome

A practice ready to be found.
An owner ready to lead it.

04 · In Jennifer’s words

The business changed.
So did her confidence.

“Working with Julie Fisher not only elevated my entire business persona but helped me know who I am in my business and why people need me for what I do — and how to connect me to them!”Jennifer C. Berryhill, LLP & Certified Divorce Coach®Berryhill Family Law

The following excerpts are from Jennifer’s client success worksheet.

What were the biggest marketing challenges?

“I was having issues getting my Google Business Profile live, my social media business pages set up, and just overall marketing development and planning. I really didn’t know where to start and felt very overwhelmed and lost.”

“I not only needed hands-on support, but a better understanding of what I needed and why.”

What surprised you about the process?

“How much she really did for me in a short amount of time. Everything seemed effortless for her, and any time we hit any kind of snag or bump in the road she tackled it with grace and efficiency.”

What changed in the business?

“I am getting a lot of calls from folks finding me by ‘google searching’ and also with AI, which I feel is a very quick turnaround for her marketing efforts. I went from 1–2 calls a month to now at least 3–4 a week.”

How did the work affect your confidence?

“My social media confidence is at an all-time high thanks to the Marketing Plan and Social Media and Blog Calendar tools she built for Berryhill Family Law.”

“I am excited to see how much my business has blossomed now that all my branding and content are aligned.”

What was it like working together?

“I felt like Julie really ‘heard me’ and then really ‘knew me,’ and she used all of that to help dial down my ideal client and how to speak to them and provide a unique value proposition that made sense.”
